General Terms
1. Liability
SignalHarbor Academy provides education, advisory materials, and facilitated sessions intended to improve how teams plan, produce, and promote B2B podcasts. Except where prohibited by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, the academy limits aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms to the amount you paid for the specific offering in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, goodwill, or operational downtime, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, the academy’s liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
You remain responsible for decisions you make after consuming educational content, including how you represent your company in public channels. Nothing in the curriculum constitutes legal, medical, or other regulated professional advice unless explicitly delivered under a separate written agreement with qualified professionals you engage directly.
2. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require applying another jurisdiction’s laws, except where mandatory consumer protections apply to you as an individual purchaser residing in Korea.
For enterprise purchasers, the governing law clause operates alongside your procurement terms only where expressly agreed in writing. In the absence of such an agreement, these terms control the relationship between you and the academy regarding use of the website and standard offerings listed on the site.
If a tribunal finds a provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted. Headings are for convenience and do not alter interpretation.
3. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement when material obligations are uncured after written notice and a reasonable cure period, typically fourteen calendar days unless a different period is specified in your order form. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered or digital materials already delivered.
The academy may suspend access to cohort spaces, downloads, or community areas if there is credible risk of harm to participants, instructors, or systems, including abusive conduct, harassment, or attempts to compromise platform integrity. Suspension is not a public penalty; where feasible, the academy will describe the operational reason privately.
Upon termination, licenses granted for workbooks or templates survive only as needed for you to retain copies you already downloaded for internal archival purposes, subject to confidentiality and intellectual property restrictions below.
4. Service Description
Offerings include cohort programs, workshops, audits, and asynchronous resources as described on each program page. Delivery formats may combine live sessions, recorded lessons, templates, and feedback windows. Unless a written statement of work specifies otherwise, deliverables are educational and advisory rather than outsourced production of finished episodes on your behalf.
The academy may update syllabi to reflect improved methods, tooling guidance, or clarified exercises. Updates will not reduce the total instructional hours purchased for a dated cohort without your consent or an equitable remedy such as substitute office hours.
Optional add-ons, including expedited reviews or onsite facilitation in the Seoul metropolitan area, require separate scheduling and may be subject to additional fees communicated before confirmation.
5. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration information, respect other participants’ confidentiality, and refrain from recording private cohort sessions without explicit written permission from the academy and any affected participants. You will not scrape, resell, or systematically redistribute academy materials outside your organization’s licensed scope.
You are responsible for securing your accounts, devices, and credentials. Notify welcome@bridge-zonenet.one promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You will not use the site to transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service stability.
When you submit examples, audio snippets, or documents for review, you represent that you have the rights needed for instructional use by assigned instructors and that sharing does not violate obligations you owe to clients or employers.
6. Acceptance
By purchasing, registering, or continuing to use the website after notice of updated terms, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and do not register for paid offerings. For enterprise purchases governed by a master agreement, conflicting terms yield to the master agreement only where explicitly stated in that instrument.
The academy may revise these terms to reflect operational reality, regulatory guidance, or product changes. Material revisions will be posted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires a different consent mechanism.
7. Intellectual Property
Curriculum materials, templates, recordings of academy-led instruction, and brand assets remain the intellectual property of SignalHarbor Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use purchased materials for internal business purposes during your enrollment period and for a reasonable archival period thereafter, unless a separate license is granted in writing.
Feedback you provide may be used to improve offerings without obligation of payment, unless you mark specific information as confidential in writing and the academy agrees in advance to treat it as such. You retain ownership of your pre-existing materials.
You grant the academy a limited license to display your company name and logo in a customer list where you have provided written permission. You may revoke that permission with thirty days’ written notice, after which the academy will remove marks from outward-facing marketing materials in ordinary course releases.
