Privacy Policy

1. Use of Data

SignalHarbor Academy processes personal data to deliver programs, respond to inquiries, operate the website, and maintain quality standards appropriate to an enterprise education provider. Processing may include scheduling, billing support through partners you select, and internal analytics that measure content performance without selling personal data.

Marketing communications are sent only where permitted, with clear unsubscribe mechanisms. Transactional messages related to enrollment, security, or policy changes may be sent without separate marketing consent where legally justified.

When you participate in live sessions, your name and image may appear to other participants. Recordings, if any, are governed by session-specific notices and cohort agreements.

2. Contact

For privacy requests, contact welcome@bridge-zonenet.one with the subject line “Privacy Request,” your name, relationship to any corporate account, and a concise description of your inquiry. The academy aims to acknowledge requests within five Korean business days.

If you are represented by counsel or a procurement agent, include authorization documentation to avoid delays. The academy may request identity verification proportionate to the risk of unauthorized disclosure.

For regulatory correspondence, use the same channel unless applicable law requires a different registered contact as the academy updates its records.

3. Third Parties

The academy uses subprocessors for infrastructure, email delivery, and scheduling where you choose integrated options. Contracts require appropriate confidentiality and security commitments, but the academy does not control subprocessors’ independent terms when you engage them directly.

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. Review those sites’ policies before submitting personal data. The academy is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

Where analytics tools are used after consent, configurations aim to reduce unnecessary personal data collection. Rejecting analytics cookies limits certain measurements but does not block core site functionality.

4. Retention

Enrollment records, invoices, and communications are retained for periods consistent with Korean commercial and tax recordkeeping norms unless a longer period is required by law or by an agreement with your organization.

Community posts or chat logs may be retained for operational security and dispute resolution for a bounded period, typically not longer than twenty-four months after cohort completion, then deleted or anonymized where feasible.

You may request deletion where applicable law supports erasure, subject to exceptions such as unresolved claims or statutory retention duties.

5. Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Korean residents may have rights under the Personal Information Protection Act as interpreted by competent guidance.

The academy will respond within statutory timelines where applicable. Some rights are not absolute; for example, deletion may be limited where retention is necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable law provides that avenue. The academy encourages you to contact welcome@bridge-zonenet.one first so concerns can be resolved quickly when possible.

6. Data Collected

Categories may include identifiers (name, email, phone), professional information (title, company), project details you volunteer, technical logs (IP address, device type), and content you upload for instructional review.

Payment details are handled by processors; the academy typically receives confirmation of payment status rather than full card numbers when card payments are enabled by your chosen processor.

Sensitive categories are not intentionally collected. If you disclose sensitive information voluntarily in forms, the academy will limit use to the purpose for which you submitted it and advise safer channels when appropriate.

7. Scope

This policy applies to personal data processed through bridge-zonenet.one and related operational channels described at collection. Offline engagements may be covered by separate notices where collection contexts differ materially.

Children’s services are not directed to individuals under sixteen. If you believe a minor provided data, contact welcome@bridge-zonenet.one for prompt review and deletion where appropriate.

International transfers may occur when instructors or tooling span regions. The academy relies on appropriate safeguards where required, including contractual clauses and vendor diligence.
