Refund Policy
1. Exceptions
Certain bespoke engagements, custom onsite workshops, or third-party pass-through costs may be non-refundable when the academy incurs committed expenses or opportunity cost after a written go-ahead. Any exception will be stated clearly in your order summary before payment instructions are delivered.
If you access a substantial portion of downloadable materials or attend more than thirty percent of live instructional hours in a cohort, refund eligibility may be reduced proportionally to reflect consumption.
2. Timeframe
For eligible digital education purchases made by consumers in Korea, you may withdraw within fourteen days from the date of purchase without stating a reason, unless an exception applies because performance began with your prior express consent and you acknowledged loss of withdrawal right.
Where withdrawal applies, refunds are processed within a commercially reasonable period, typically fourteen Korean business days from approval, using the original payment method where technically supported by processors.
3. Scope
This policy applies to standard offerings purchased directly through channels described on the site. Enterprise statements of work may specify different refund or credit terms when both parties sign a separate instrument.
Informational prices displayed on the site are not checkout offers; actual invoices may include taxes or fees required by law, which are handled according to processor and jurisdiction rules.
4. Eligibility
Eligibility depends on purchase type, consumption, and timing. Cohort programs with scheduled start dates may treat withdrawal differently once the cohort begins, as disclosed at purchase where legally permitted.
Transfer requests to a future cohort are not refunds but may be available as an alternative remedy when seats exist and fairness to other participants can be maintained.
5. Process
Email welcome@bridge-zonenet.one with your order reference, participant name, and reason for the request. The client success desk will confirm eligibility and outline next steps. Keep correspondence in a single thread where possible.
If a partial refund applies, the academy will explain the calculation transparently, including any non-recoverable fees from vendors or venues already booked on your behalf.
6. Contact

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, notify the academy concurrently so duplicate resolutions do not create confusion. Good-faith coordination typically resolves issues faster.
