Participant questions
Do you host the audio files?
We recommend a host you control. We configure metadata, categories, and publishing steps, but hosting stays in your operational stack.
What is not included?
Licensed music, outsourced mixing beyond two review cycles, and paid media placements are not included. We provide vendor criteria instead.
How much time weekly?
Most participants invest six to nine hours weekly including recording, edits, and community prompts.
Recent notes
The launch-week storyboard from week two became our default brief for every guest. The async audio review blocks saved our PMM team from endless Slack threads.

Clear structure, though I wanted one more deep dive on batching interviews. Still, the repurposing map is now pinned in our Notion home.
