Community prompts that invite good replies

By Mira Okonkwo

Prompts should be specific enough to be answerable in two sentences. Vague questions invite vague answers. We template prompts around tradeoffs, not opinions about the future.

Second, moderation notes matter. Teams should know what to elevate, what to answer privately, and what to ignore without ad-hoc judgment calls each time.

Third, we connect prompts to upcoming episodes. A well-placed question can surface topics and capture language your buyers actually use.

Fourth, we archive highlights into an internal library so product and CS can reuse phrasing without scraping threads manually every week.
